- The Evercade Handheld (Black Edition), does not come with a specially made "Black Edition box", displaying the unit on the front. Instead it shares the box with the white standard model, except for a black color checkmark.
- The Evercade Handheld Starter Pack includes 1 game, but exists in two variants. One Starter Pack includes the game "Atari Collection 1" (released in North America), where the other instead include the game "Namco Museum Collection 1" (released outside of North America).
- The Evercade Handheld Premium Pack includes 3 games, but exists with two different lineups of games. Both Premium Packs include the two games "Atari Collection 1" and "Interplay Collection 1", where the third game is either "Namco Museum Collection 1" (released outside of North America) or "Data East Collection 1" (released in North America).
- The game "Atari Lynx Collection 2" exists with 2 different box arts. One with "California Games" in the center, and one with "Chip's Challenge".
- Games that were bundled with the systems, does not have a barcode on the back of the cover.
